A Rooted Retreat with Lokah Yoga Studio
November 5 – 10, 2026 · La Veleta, Tulum, Mexico
There's a version of Tulum most people never see.
It's not the one on the postcards, or the curated grid of cenotes and smoothie bowls. It's the one I wake up in every morning. The streets at 6am. The light through the jungle in the late afternoon. The people who've shaped this place long before it had a wellness industry.
For six days this November, I'm opening that world to a small group of people.
This is my Tulum. The real one.
And I want you there.

A Little About Me
Tonni Fudge
I started practising yoga in my early twenties, and fell in love with it almost immediately. I've been teaching for the last four years, and in November 2025, I bought my own studio here in Tulum. A dream come true, in every sense of the word.
I've been living in Tulum for almost two years now, and I know this place like I was born here. The streets, the rhythm, the people, the way the light moves through the jungle in the late afternoon. This is home.
Over the last two years, I've hosted eight retreats, helping people from all over the world come closer to themselves, deepen their practice, and move further along their own healing journeys. It's become one of the things I love most in this life.
I'm here to share my practice with you. My experience with you. My love for Tulum, and for Mexico, with you.
Lokah holds such a beautiful space for practising yoga, for connecting with yourself. Throughout the week, we'll move through vinyasa flows, slow flows, and yin practice, each one designed to help you go deeper, into your body and into your soul.
You'll feel an energy here, in the space and in your own practice, that you may never have felt before. I'm here to help you open up. To meet parts of yourself you may not have met yet.
I'm not here to show you a highlight reel. I'm here to show you my home.

A Few Questions
Do I need to be an experienced yogi?
Not at all. All levels are welcome. We meet you exactly where you are.
Can I choose my roommate?
Yes, if you're coming with a friend, just let me know and I'll pair you together. Coming solo, I'll match you with someone lovely.
Can I come solo?
Yes, and honestly, solo travellers tend to love this the most. You'll leave with people who feel like family.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. A deposit holds your spot, then message me directly and we'll set up a plan that works for you.
When is the balance due?
The full balance is due October 1, 2026.
I have more questions.
I'm here. Message me directly on WhatsApp at +1 604 388 4133 and I'll get back to you personally.
